1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We deliver across India using reliable courier services.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders over ₹999

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 may apply (depending on location and weight)

  • Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in select locations

  • An additional fee of ₹50 may apply for COD orders

  • We reserve the right to disable COD in certain areas based on delivery issues

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.

6. Undelivered Orders / Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct while placing the order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled or refunded (excluding shipping charges)

7. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped only within India.

8. Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier strikes or regional lockdowns

  • Customs or government regulations
