Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is unopened and in its original packaging

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Products without original packaging or labels

  • Items purchased under “clearance” or “final sale”

  • Herbal or wellness items sensitive to hygiene once unsealed


3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at livismart13@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number, a brief reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

If your return is approved, we will share the return instructions.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item delivered)


5. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped

  • To cancel, email us immediately at livismart13@gmail.com with your order number

  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but a return can be requested after delivery (if eligible)


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, or with missing items:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the packaging and items

  • We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate


7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please request a return and place a new order if needed.
